- 1/2 cup 1% milk
- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Syrup
- 3/4 Cup Mixed Frozen Berries (strawberry, blackberry, raspberry mix)
- 1/4 banana
- a few ice cubes
Place ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You can add more sugar to taste. Strain liquid into a strainer to remove some of the seeds. Serve and Enjoy!
